Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 15 days.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link or AWB number via email or WhatsApp.
Delivery Timelines
- Within India: Estimated delivery within 5–7 working days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–15 working days, subject to customs clearance in your country.
- Delays: Unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, customs hold, etc.) may cause delays. You can always track your shipment using the details provided to your registered email or WhatsApp number.
Shipping Charges
- India: Shipping is completely FREE across India.

Custom Duties (International Orders Only)
- Import duties, taxes, or charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- These charges are levied by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Your local delivery agent will contact you if any such fees are applicable.
Important Notes
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
- All images shown are representative only; actual products may vary slightly in color, texture, or handcrafted detailing.
- We offer exchanges only if the product is damaged or broken in transit.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- To qualify, you must provide an unedited package opening (unboxing) video clearly showing the damaged condition of the product upon arrival.
