Refund & Exchange Policy – Swethamber Arts LLP

At Swethamber Arts LLP, we take the utmost care in packing and delivering your orders. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or broken product, you may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:


Eligibility

  • Refunds or exchanges apply only if the product is broken/damaged at the time of delivery.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or handcrafted detailing are natural and not considered defects.


Proof of Damage

  • Customers must record a complete unboxing video from the moment of opening the package (without cuts or edits).
  • The video must clearly show the damaged condition of the product at the time of receipt.
  • If the product is defective or damaged please return the product within 2days of delivery
  • once we verify the return product we will deliver the exchange product within 5-7days.


Reporting the Issue

  • The unboxing video must be shared with our Customer Care number within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Delayed reporting or absence of proof will make the order ineligible for refund or exchange.


Resolution

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

 

Refund Timeline

  • After verifying your refund request, we will credit the approved refund to your original payment method within 6–7 working days.


Non-Eligibility

  • Requests without valid unboxing video proof.
  • Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Damages caused after successful delivery and unboxing.
